Returns and Refunds
No monetary refunds will be given for any reason .
Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described arrival of another request as required it will be replaced immediately. Items should be returned within 1 day, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
The amount will be refunded if we have a problem with the update by not clarifying the availability of the product or stopped taking orders and it did not appear to you in the website, as result, please contact us and provide us with the order number.
Cancellation
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase from ordering through website and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
Delivery and Shipping
There is no specific date for the delivery of orders. However, the order is usually processed within a week and shipped within 3 days During holidays and public events expected at the time of purchase We make sure that we are ready to process, ship and register all orders in the shortest possible time.
Payment

The cost of delivery for any request and modification it based on the customer is 30 dirhams to receive it and 30 dirhams to return it again to the customer , inside the Emirates regions , except for remote area.
